Seeing as it is so far away, it's probably a bit early to go getting in to any majorly heavy discussion / debate over Bathurst.

For what it's worth though, I think Frosty will put up a good showing - he looked set for a good result last year until the battery / fire issue. I also think that his co-driver this year will be James Moffatt.

Moffatt showed a lot of promise in the Fujitsu series last year, so if it comes to fruition that he does partner Frosty at the Mountain, I would expect them to be right up the pointy end of the field.

hopefully Frosty gets paired with Moffat the Fujitsu series driver was a stand out last year in his races at Bathurst he is a verry capable and confident driver i think if the two are paired together they will be a serious chance espicaly with the improvements FPR have made in the off season!, obviously as much as it pains me to say Lowndes and Skaife will be more than capable and depending on who Courtney pairs up with he's definitly in with a chance he has two 3rd's and a second at the mountin all with non reguler drivers

Steven Richards & James Moffat if they drive together! Finger crossed it happens.
It would be great with the history of their dads on the moutain

I think you all may be underestimating Youlden. He has the experience , knowledge and ability to bring home the bacon with Frosty. I like the thought of Moffat in an FPR car but let him get a bit more experience under his belt before we pin our bst hopes on him. I have been waiting for several years now for Frosty to win this one so i will be there cheering him on as usual. Go Frosty.

    I agree with Stephen,
Luke is no slouch with 4 wheels & a steering wheel, unfortunately he has not been blessed with a ton of corporate backing, wealthy family, or past family involvement.
He has done more of an apprentiship than most, and I dont think people really appreciate how hard that must have been to open doors.
To be honest he is probably the best non regular driver without a full time gig in the main game. Given the right equipment & oportunities I think he'll add to either driver combination over the upcoming enduro's regardless.

Well they have done the right thing in my opinion and put Frosty in with Youlden and yes i do believe they can win and the championship is not altogether unobtainable. With only 300 points available to each driver at each enduro no group van rocket off into the distance as it's unlikely for example for both cars to finish in the top 10 ( history in the days of single drivers points this way). That is unlike previous years when Whincup and Lowndes got 300 points each for winning in one car that is now not possible with only the main driver to really benefit. Come November anything may have happened and the Gold Coast race will be a smash up derby for some. Just my thoughts but i will be there to cheer Frosty and FPR hopefully to victory. Makes the trip home from Bathurst much shorter when you win.
    Cheers
