Well everyone – there is only 18 sleeps until we leave for Bathurst and we are hoping that we are able to bring back the first place trophy to help celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Falcon.
I will give you updates on our preparation over the next few weeks but I can assure you we are all really keen and looking forward to the race.

Allister,
No - we won't be doing a new livery for Bathurst this year. We will be bringing something special to the mountain but I will leave you to think what that may be..................
Hint = A really special something that you would love to own and we can't wait to show you.

Hey Mark tell me FPV are finally releasing the FG GTHO phase 5 if so how do I put my name down for one....
Counting down the days until Bathurst can't wait to have our tradition first beer at Kelso pub to bring in the start of the weekend
Alister | 03:38PM - September 30th 2010
Mark, I was at a Ford evening a few weeks ago and the dealer owner was sent from FPV that there wont be a GT HO model released at least this year. I was also told that the new V8 engined FPV range will launch there! (that wouldn't be the special something would it?)

If a new gt is shown off at bathurst lets hope the tv coverage will show a complete lap of the car , not like when they lauched the bf cobra and the tv coverage went to a commercial break half way through the lap , but anyway go FPR , teach the tr888tors and hrt a lesson by kicking there arses.....

They say real H/P is achieved by forcing as much air & fuel you can down its throat.
I just hope its sounds the biz!

Well the team has safely arrived at Bathurst and all is set for a great week. The motivation across the team is great and there is a genuine confidence in our ability to win in 2010.
We are not getting ahead of ourselves given this is one tough race to crack but we think we are really well prepared across all three cars.
Get ready. This is going to be a race to remember!!

Heading up to "THE HILL" to drop off my esky covered in FPR livery, the Ford flag, and lamb chops and snags. Sitting with a bunch of holden heads and hope like hell that FROSTY,LUKE,RICHO and the MOFF are covering themselves with glory in 34 hours [and counting]. Looking forward to the release of the new FPV range of V8 utes. Need an upgrade about Feb next year.
