I tell you what I am very angry that V8 SC's have dismissed the investigation into Jamie Whincup spinning Jason Bargwanna – it is pathetic, he should have been given a black flag there and then and he would have finished around 15th. He should be given the difference in points between 3rd and 15th 69 as a penalty – that would put Alex Davison and Shane Van Gisbergen 1-2 in championship and whincup 3rd then frosty. Absolutely ridiculous – bounce back guys at Clipsal and remember if you are near Whincup just spin him off and it can be deemed a racing incident two!

He may have escaped the Bargwana incedent but he will face the Stewards in Adelaide next month over the issue of crossing the pit exit blend line on the reconnaissance lap before the race start. which is pretty much the same as what Frosty was pinged for they'd wanna take 50 points off him atleast i mean there always saying there consitant with there rules Frosty got a drive thru........ we'll see what happens

Agree, it was BS that Frosty getting stung with a drive through and Whincup gets away with it. Does help that Skiafe and co was jumping up and down highlighting Frosty's stuff up and i did not hear anything about Whincups.

Way back when Ambrose was getting penalized every time he farted I have reckoned the powers that be are biased towards Holden. Didn't Mazera race a Holden?

Yeah it is a load garbage lads i hope whincup is getting pinged for it or v8s is turning into afl umpires inconsistent and dont whats what lol GO ford
Frosty5FPR | 09:37AM - February 16th 2011
Its a bloody joke,
even worse was Skaife and co blamed Frosty for being up the inside.

I see even on the V8 Supercars website they have stopped the comment section under the "NO PENALTY FOR WHINCUP" article due to to public outrage and disgust and to once again protect their golden boy.

i was wating for the penalty to come thru and nothing happened what a load of crap its like they dont want ford to win any races or the championship this year
Brian Jeffreys | 03:50PM - March 22nd 2011
He got fined $3000 for his pit lane blend line indecent not real consistent are they!
Darren | 07:45PM - March 23rd 2011
Consistency in penalties are VESA's weak point. Whincup's lucky enough to be enjoying a free ride while he has 'popularity'. That's why we need another marketable Ford driver to win the championship and Bathurst.
