Tim Edwards
Managing Director / Team Principal
Tim Edwards has been responsible for all of the technical and sporting operations of FPR since April 2005. He has presided over the team's rise to its most competitive form since its inception and leads the team's engineering, manufacturing and racing operations. Tim started out as an apprentice motor mechanic with a Melbourne Ford dealer and ventured to Europe to pursue a long term international motor racing based career that saw him progress from mechanic to team manager of the Jordan Grand Prix team. Tim returned to Australia in 2005, working as a special advisor for the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games before joining FPR as Motorsport Director. In 2007 Tim was promoted to Managing Director.
